It's me Katie. Low and behold, Mama plopped me onto the grooming table this morning. She said I look like a wooly lamb with my long hair. So it was time for strip, clip and scissor time.
My hairdo isn't totally done yet, she needs to strip the longer hairs from my legs and a few touch up areas.
The sunlight coming through our skylights messed up this photo:
And of course my tail is not upright, I'm still a bit camera shy.
It's hard to believe I'm already 1 year 9 months old. Seems like just yesterday I was a wee one like Sparky, losing my pupper toofers and acting silly. Speaking of toofers, after Mama worked on my hair, Sparky got my furs all bloody again from wrestling with me. One of his big molars has poked through the gum and keeps bleeding. Yesterday he lost his other bottom puppy fang and got me bloody. Here is his toofer:
It sure is hard work helping your brudder pull out his puppy tooth. We wrestled and played bitey face for hours before the tooth popped. I was tuckered out afterwards:
We took some photos of Sparky today too. He is 21 weeks old, will be 5 months old on December 4th.
What a show off, holding his tail upright so nicely! He won't be holding it up next Wednesday when he goes to the vet to have his 'boy bits' removed, hahahaha!

Sparky certainly does seem to have got the hang of this posing business at a very young age. But Katie you look too beautiful after your groom. I feel embarrassed to be so shaggy in comparison (Gail says she has been to busy to pay much attention to my coat just lately).

Happy December to you all too...we have the muzzer back in our paws, and we will endeavour to be better blog pals..until she leaves us again.

Y'all look great! My Mommy takes me to the groomers. I'm not hand stripped any more, so it is only clippering for me. If Andy was hand stripped, he would look like a sheered sheep.
