Hey Pals,
My secretary has been sort of out of commission lately. She was trying to paint some rooms in the house, but she flared up the bad disc in her neck, her bad elbows and hands are all swelled up. So she can't type much with these goofy braces that she must wear on her wrists and elbows. I did get her to keep taking photos of our pretty flowers that have been blooming. So we'll just post a bunch for your viewing pleasure:
Can you see the bullfrog staring at you???
I'm rock climbing:
Ribbit!
Check out the hooooge brown spider in the flower:
Another strange creature in the flower:
Needless to say, Mama has well over 100 different kinds of daylilies planted out here. When they bloom, she has to hurry up and take a photo of each kind before the deer chomp off the buds. There were several kinds that the deer ATE before we could get a photo. BAD BAMBI!!!

Prettiness. So much prettiness.
NinaGirl said the DayLily that we brought home from Iowa is blooming pretty, too. So far the deer have left it alone. MAYBE we'll get to see it next week.

I hope your secretary feels better soon!
So good she still could take pictures, I love day lillies and yours are so beautiful, just as your pond.
I love seeing your pond and all the beautiful flowers. How are the fish? Enjoy being an only dog while you can.
Slobbers,
mango
Wow, what amazing flowers. I can give some good advice on how to be a good big sister. I went from being an only dog to being a big sister to a little little baby brother. I got to see my little brother Andy when he was five weeks old with his white brothers and two sisters. I couldn't get near them, but I could see them. Mommy smelled like an Eskimo dog when she returned from the petting them. You will be the bestest big sister ever.

The flowers are amazing! We love the froggy too.
We are sending healing purrs for yoor momma. Smoochies.
So beautiful, Katie! Big purrs and prayers to your mom!
Hi Katie,
Your momma is fery clever at growing pretty flowers - and taking picktures of them. Mumma & I fink we saw the bullfrog .... we do say, don't let that Norwood doggie near those ribbits!!!
Some more sleeps will have passed now so it will be getting closer & closer to the day when your new baby brother arrives. :)
Happy tail wags from Ruger
We love the daylilies at your house! We ordered a group of very pretty ones to plant around Cap's resting place and we hope they are as lovely as the ones you have. Now if I can just talk her into a couple of koi ponds full of pretty water lilies and a bullfrog or two, life would be very good indeed!
Happy Tails,
William Tell
