BLOGGER PROBLEMS

Hey Pals,

Well we tried to post this yesterday for Wheely Wednesday, but as usual, the new photo upload editor would not let us load any photos. We found a tip from a user telling us to go back to the old editor, then go back to the new editor and it might work. So we'll see. Who knows what will happen when they finally eliminate this old editor, no photos for us or many other bloggers?

Below is our antique Steiff Wheely that we showed you the other day. Do you think it's a boy or girl??? We need your opinions so that we can name this wheely. Any name suggestions are welcome too.

We've had so many wheelies coming and going around here. So we thought we should show you.

Remember the 'WHREAL WHEELY KID'??? that turned out to be a Chiltern Wheely in disguise???

Mumsie hired Dr. Snitchenstein to recreate the Chiltern wheely into 'LACIE WHEELY'

And here she is before leaving our house for the trip home to Scruffy, Lacie & Stan's house:

Isn't she gorgeous??

We heard there was quite a commotion at the PA post office. Something about a pawty??? and Wheely Lacie destroyed her box???

Be sure to tune in to Scruffy, Lacie & Stan's bloggie, they will be posting an update on Wheely Lacie soon. Just wait til you see the clothes that Wheely Lacie insisted that Dr. Snitchenstein make for her, wahahahaha!

(remember, if you have any teddy bears, dogs or mohair animals that need cleaning or repairs, or just want a new mohair animal made, be sure to contact Dr. Snitchenstein (aka Dr. Snitchybug) at Teddy Bear Facelifts.

The next wheelie we wanted to show you is going to be very special. Mama just had to adopt this poor tattered wheelie.

Katie told us he smells, ewwwwwwwwwh! But how can he smell, he has no nose!!! hah!

Now since the mohair is in such bad shape on this poor boy, Mama is going to recreate him into:

BUTCHY WHEELY!

Yep, she's going to make his mohair pattern look just like ME Butchy. Well, not just like, but as close as possible.

Right now he is having the spa wrap treatment on his stuffing, check this out:

Mama wanted to have him done by my birthday, but since she was sick those days, she might not have him done in time. That's okay though. I don't mind. Maybe the wirey nurses can help nurse him too while they are here taking care of me after my surgery next Monday.

We still have two small wheelies to show you sometime soon. Mama needs to clean them up and take their pictures.

Remember to wear YELLOW on Saturday for LIVESTRONG day!

NEW WHIRLPOOL STOVE AND SICKIE MAMA

Hey Pals,

We haven't been able to post for days cause Mama has been sick.  She's finally feeling a bit better, so we can post about our new stove now.  It is a Whirlpool Freestanding Gas Range.

Tadahhhhhhh:

It even has 5 burners.

Check out how shiny the front is, can you see Katie on the floor and myself standing watching her???  It's like a mirror.
Before we could use the stove, it needed to be converted for LP gas.  So Mama did this, even when she was sick.  The parts are very tiny and Papa's hands aren't as small as Mama's for working with tiny things.

Our newest antique Steiff terrier wheelie decided to check out the oven to make sure it's ready to bake my birthday cake next week.
Everything is ready to test.  Last night we made some bran muffins to test the oven.  They baked up just fine.
Here Katie is roachin' in front of the oven.  She is happy the oven works, so now we can bake goodies!!!
OK, now since this new oven works, can I have my birthday cake BEFORE my surgery day???  Huh Mama????  hint hint???  woof woof???  arf arf???

BUTCHY NEEDS SURGERY

Hey Pals,

Butchy here.  Well it's ohhh fish oil.  I need to have surgery to have my two lumps removed from my chest.

The lumps are not fatty tumors.  They are attached to my muscles.  So they must be removed so they can be tested for that nasty 'C' word.  Mama refuses to even let us type that word out.  Of course the two lumps aren't close enough together to need only one incision, so I'll have 2 cuts on my chest.

Our vettie goes on vacation next week, so my surgery will be on October 4th.  Can you believe that's the day before my 10th birfday???    Major bummer.......................  Many of you remember last year at this time poor Snickers was dealing with that nasty 'C' word.  So Mama is not a happy camper and very worried for me.  I told her there's no need to worry.

To top things off, Mama's oven died.  It's only 17 years old, hahahaha!   I told her she better hurry up and buy a new one so that she can make me a big birfday cake!

So last night, Mama and Papa bought a new stove.  It will arrive next Friday.  So now Mama will have no excuse not to make me a cake.  Hmmm, come to think of it, we better have a virtual pawty here for me too.  I hope all of the wirey nurses will be here to nurse me back to normal health.

BABY DEER ANSWERS TO ALAN THAT LEFT COMMENT

Hi Alan,

It is so nice of you to want to help the baby deer you found.  Unfortunately, the laws prohibit you from legally keeping the deer.  You need to contact your local DNR Department of Natural Resources and they will connect you with your local DNR Officer.  They will then try to get your deer to a local person that rehabilitates wild animals.  As far as the deer having seizures, that does not sound very good.  Seizure medications are usually taken for life which means if the deer is epileptic, it would need to remain in rescue for life.  Hope this information helps.  So please contact your DNR Officer as soon as possible.

HAPPY GOTCHA DAY RUBY SUE!

HAPPY GOTCHA DAY RUBY SUE!

Today is Ruby's 2nd Gotcha Day Birthday.  She's has lived with us 2 whole years now.  Can you believe it?

Ruby is the oldest of our four cats.  She's approximately 3 years old today.  We don't know her real birthday of course since we rescued her from the wild outdoors.

Ruby is the cat that loves me Butchy the most.  She will lick and groom my hair daily.  Silly girl!  She's also Mama's monkey girl.  She's always climbing up on something around here.

Tomorrow Ruby goes to the vet for her yearly shots.  I Butchy get to go along with her cause Mama found some bad lumps on my chest.  Mama is worried about me.  Dr. Melick is going to examine me and decide if I need an operation to remove them for testing.  They seem to be connected to my chest muscles, not in the skin layers.  Remember when poor Gussie had to have Tumor Rodney removed from his chest?  Rodney was HOOGE.  I sure hope my lumps don't grow that big.  Please cross your paws for me.  I'm not a spring chicken anymore ya know.  I'll be turning 10 next month.  Dogs seem to get more lumps and bumps as they get older.

We hope Ruby has many more happy years with us!
