But can you believe little Katie is already 5 months old today? Angel Snickers would be so proud of Katie. Katie made little strange growl noises yesterday just like Snickers used to do.
Snickers' bestest birfday pawty was when her lovely Gussie and his family came to Ioway for her 5th birfday.

This made me a little teary. I am so glad that Snickers is free from her earthly sickies and I KNOW that she is smiling down on Katie, her little sissie... but I sure do miss her. I know you do too.

Oh Butcho..that was such a wonderful day with you and Mama and Miss Snickers and all the hoomans. I think about it often. Muzzer says our new fridgerdador is metal on the outside (not woody like the one in Mayemphis) and we put my pictures of sweet Snickers in a special box with the kitchen stuff so I can put them up as soon as we gets there.

We've been behind on our reading and commenting, but we remembered Snickers' birthday! It's on Moma's calendar, and it'll stay there. WE hope it was a good day for you. And we're guessing, if there was ice cream to go with that cute cake, it probly felt really good to Katies' gums.
