MONSTER ZUCHINNI!

Hey Pals,

You've heard of the monster Godzilla right?? Well here is Zuchinni-zilla:

It's a whopping 24 inches long!

And here are more:

The cats decided to lay by them to show you how large they are. This is what happens when it rains for days and you can't go out in the garden to pick your veggies, hehehehe!

Mama is going to start cutting them up & shredding them to freeze in a few minutes. We can't even guess how many HOURS it's going to take her. We did talk her into trying another zuchinni bar recipe today for us. She had Papa choose which one to make. Mmmmm, a few more hours & we'll be able to taste test them. The one she made the other day with butterscotch chips & oatmeal in them were really good. We'll have to post the recipes soon.

That is the largest zucchini I've ever seen. I love zucchini and all veggies. Mommy calls me the vegan dog. My favorite training treats are baby carrots, yumy. You are so lucky.

Those zucchini are gigantic! I am of two minds about zucchini. I like it raw in a salad, but can't stand it cooked. My mother and sister-in-law used to make this dish with sauted zucchini, summer squash, tomatoes and onions that just turned my stomach, but I had to taste it each time because they said that they had made it better. I hope that all of you like zucchini a lot better than I do.

Hehehe! We were just remembering the blimp that floated over the beach at our Gramma's and then we saw those zucchini! There are so many way to prepare them... we wanna know about the creamed zucchini with dill recipe that Asta mentioned... that's a new one and it sounds delicious. We had it steamed with onion and gobs of black pepper tonight.... so tasty!

It's a good thing they don't turn ya green like carrots can turn ya orange. We have a feeling your gonna be eating them a lot!

Enjoy,
