It's me Snickers today. Butchy is still in PA with Lacie & Scruffy. They went to football games all weekend. I had to stay home with Mama cause she was working on my Halloween costume.
Here is the history of my costume. It all started when Mama & Papa went garage sailing & found a girl's pawty dress that had a stain on it for 25 cents! It has peach glittery mesh fabric that shines really cool in the light. So Mama decided she would figure out a costume that she could make out of this for me. It's a straight line dress so there wasn't much for fabric. Mama thought maybe she could make me a Peach Mermaid costume. So, she started making the costume & when it was almost complete, decided that she DID NOT like it.
Ya know what she had the nerve to do??? She tore it all apart. I about died. Now what was I going to do with no costume. Well, Mama did some more thinking & decided she could make me a Fairy with Wings costume. So that's what she made. But now she's disappointed cause the glittery shiny fabric doesn't show at all in the pictures & photos don't do it justice at all. Bummer! Oh well. At least I have a costume.
So, here are pics of my costume. The first 2 pictures show my front view & a top/side view so you can see the wings.
Now Mama decided to play around with her photo software & turn me into a Fairy of different colors. The first 2 photos are my favorite, cause I glow in the dark.

You look pawsitively smashing in that outfit and we would love to to trick or treatin' with you. We're pretty sure Gus would either kill us or sit on us...which would probably have the same result.
Butchy has been very good here as our houseguest. It's so cute the way you've trained him to stand on top of the kitchen table when he eats and to knock over lamps and such. Does he usually eat 5 cups of kibble at a time? It's amazin' to watch him tuck into his feed.
Mumsie put him with Stan and me in the boyz room to sleep. But every mornin' we find him just outside of Lacie's crate. He said she whines in her sleep and needs comforting. Mmm Hmm.
He parked the plane on the street. It now has a big fat parkin' ticket on it.
Is he really not housebroken???
I mean, we have these hooge plants in the family room and he....well, never mind.
Gotta run...Lacie's coming...

Oh, by the way, my Mom is always kicking herself when she remembers how Asta's Mom donated her painting to Casper's Medical Fun, BUT my Mom didn't bid on it! She wishes she had bid on it. She looks at the (still) empty place on the wall where the painting would have gone. Asta's Mom does such a wonderful work. You guys are so lucky to have such a beautiful work of art, of yourselves! It is nice seeing it in the banner of your blog :-) It is something to be truly cherished.

Wow! Your Momma got it for 25 cents??? That's a bargain! Well, pink is a nice color but it's too common. I think yellow & that bright green looks very good on ya coz it stands out.
