DEEP FRIED SNICKERS !

Poor Snickers! She is all scared! She thinks someone is coming to try and DEEP FRY HER! She saw this sign on Lenny's blog and is horrified! Who could deep fry Snickers?? Now she won't even come out of her kennel, she just sits in there:
Lenny also had some pictures of SHEEP dressed up in fancy clothes!! Can you believe that?? Snickers thinks it's all backwards. Aren't we supposed to eat LAMB & rice food and have doggies dress up in clothes??
So I have to sit here all by myself, dosing off in the sun:
Maybe our bloggie pals can convince Snickers that no one is going to drop her in boiling oil to eat her, hehehehe!

We got tagged! Our First Bloggie Pals

Hey Pals,
Well our sweet friend Fee tagged us and we're supposed to tell you about our first bloggie pals. Our first blog is actually on the Yahoo 360. So we didn't have as many bloggie friends on there. Then we added our blogger blog and now we have TONS of pals! So here goes:
One of our very first blog pals was Bogie. He actually lives only one state away from us. We live in Iowa & he lives in Illinois. I Butchy & Bogie have common entertainment interests, especially watching dog stuff on tv, see??

Then we met our pal Axel. He has lots of bloggie friends. He has even called himself "The King Of Bloggers". He always has lots of neat stories to blog about and is very entertaining we might add. His Mama is even a writer!! So we think he gets lots of tips from her, hehehe! He's always getting into some kind of trouble, like eating cell phones, remote controls, emptying purses, and he sure has fun doing it!!! Here he is lounging on his favorite couch by the window:

Then our next pal was Mackie the Sock Eater! If you check out his earlier blogs, you'll know how he got that name, hehehe! He lives with his Mom Melissa & Dad Steve in Maryland. His Mama & our Mama have similar health problems, they both have Fibromyalgia. Mackie & I Butchy also like the same kind of toys. See??

We were both rescue boys too, so you know our Mama's love us very very much!!

She's also the fashion queen of wires!! She just loves to dress up in clothes and so do her wirey parents Mango & Party. They even got to have their pics taken professionally all dressed up!
Aren't they so adorable? a family portrait. We wonder if seeing them all dressed up is what sparked Mama to start making doggie clothes to sell? hmmmm.....

Gorilla needs surgery!

Poor Mr. Gorilla! Mama's mad at me Butchy. I swear I didn't do it!!! How could a face like this below do such a thing, huh??
I can't help it if Mr. Gorilla has thin hide. All I do is play tug with him and chew on him to get to the squeakers. Mama says she has sewn him so many times already, he's like a pincushion. She also said his body is nothing but a ball of threaded knots from her fixing him. She doesn't know if she can fix him anymore. What a bummer......

Earlier today I got sick and Mama was mad! She told me I would be sick. It's just that those hickory nut shells taste so darn good that me & Snickers gobble them up as fast as we can grab them before Mama takes them away from us or tells us to DROP! Snickers even tries to sneak them into the house by hiding them in her mouth without chewing. It doesn't work! Mama will say to Snickers: Give me a kiss! and if Snickers doesn't kiss her, she knows that she has a nut in her mouth. Dang that Mama, she always figures us out. Then she told us that tomorrow is that dreaded word.........BATH TIME! Oh no!! She has some ol jean dress she made to sell to doggies and said that Snickers can't model it for the pictures until she is all squeaky clean! So it's all Snickers' fault.

At least we get to watch the movie Gordy tonight. Ya know Gordy? the talking pig? He's funny. We like to listen to his funny noises he makes. Guess we better go make sure the tv is on. Catch ya all later, oink oink!!!

Help Poor Doogie! & new doggie clothes

Hey Pals, Our good friend Isabella told us of this horrible story on her blog today. She would like everyone to help out by posting this in your blogs!! Please go to Dogs Deserve Better and help in any way you can- contributing money, writing letters, or making phone calls. We dare you to read Doogie's story, watch the videos and then turn your back on him. We are asking all our blogging buddies to put a link on their blogs and to feature this story in an entry-please, please, please help! We need to get the word out and make everyone aware of Doogie's suffering and the arrest of Doogie's rescuer.
Our Mama read Doogie's story and was crying, such a poor little dog. So sad that a hooman tries to help poor Doogie and gets arrested. That is so terrible!! Mama just couldn't believe it. Snickers & I think those hooman owners of Doogie need to go to jail for life!!!! So please spread the word and do what you can to help out!!!!

Well I Butchy was a scaredy cat again last night! Yep, it stormed again and I had to pant up a drool storm myself, hehehe! I even had to crawl on top of Mama's chest to lay with her. I had to get as close as I could. She said she'll probably have bruise marks from me, (small price to pay for keeping her boy happy don't cha think??) Thank goodness it quit by this morning. I was so tired that I napped most of the day. Poor Mama needed to nap, but didn't. She made some more really cool doggie clothes to sell. Even a tshirt in BOY colors! So check this out guys:

I'm sticking my tongue out at all of the girls out there! hehehe! I get tired of seeing PINK! (even though Miss Sunshade does look mighty cool in her new pink jumper!) Hey, butt out Butchy, Snickers here girls! See what Mama made for us girl doggies??

This jumper is made with really soft & plush Minky 100% Micro Fiber Polyester. I wonder if they call it Minky cause it feels so soft, just like a mink fur coat!! woof woof! (don't get Mama started on minks) This can be worn as pajamas or as a fancy jumper or just whatever you feel like it being, hehehe! (girls can change their mind whenever they want to right??) He mostly watched football or hunting stuff on tv. He still has some more wood to split and lots of fall things to do outdoors. He also had fun watching all of the deer in the yard this weekend. They are all over! One mama doe has triplets! That's right, 3 babies. The deer have also been munching heavily on Mama's flower plants and bushes which doesn't make her too happy. Sometimes she even opens the door and yells at the deer to get out of her stuff! Some run off right away, but others just stand there and look at her like 'You talkin' to me???' Anyways, guess we better get to bed, it's late.

Moe, Larry & Curly Need Your Help!

Bogart found out about these poor boys and they have such a sad story. So we wanted to help by posting this also so that more people find out about them that can help out. We have some more items for sale. The red and white snowflake star print fleece jogging outfit and 2 Halloween print bandanas. Our buddy Ozzy was looking for some holiday wear and Mama just happened to be working on these last night. We think Fall is here in Iowa. It has been really cold and we even got 5 1/2 inches of rain on Sunday. We still need more rain though. Mr. Woodchuck came out today and was snooping around under the oak trees. Maybe he eats the acorns too just like the deer. We can never get near him, cause the minute he spots us, he runs for the shed. He lives under Papa's shed. Here is a pic Mama got of him one day, he was scared and ran up this hickory tree:

He's kinda cute and fuzzy don't cha think?? Guess it's time to hit the hay! Nitey night!

Bambi is trying to over take our yard!!

Hey pals,
Those darn bambi's are trying to take over our yard again. It's that time of year that the acorns keep falling off of the trees and the bambi's just love acorns. Even when Mama takes us out to potty at night, she will open the back door and they are right there! They go flying of course cause we scare em. They even have the nerve to steal the apples off of Mama's apple tree! One they couldn't get off of the tree and now it has teeth marks all over on it. They best beware, it's almost hunting season and Mama & Papa say they'll end up in our freezer in the basement! Ha, serves them right. We also have a pretty rare looking deer that comes in the yard everyday! He's been coming for almost a year now. He is severely deformed in his back leg. It kind of sticks out behind him, straight horizontal and kind of crooked. Mama's wishes she could get a good pic of him to send to the DNR. Papa says if he comes around during hunting season, he should shoot him to keep him from breeding with the does and producing more deformities. That would be bad news to produce more babies like him. Poor little fella. We do feel sorry for him, and it's surprising that the coyotes around here haven't gotten him yet.
We also have some more of those nasty raccoons coming around more often. They are leaving their stinky old poop piles all over the yard. Mama has to steer us away from them cause we don't even want to touch those piles. We don't want to catch the coonhound paraylsis. Our pal Tilly is finally about back to her old self again. She is able to play and romp with her son Robbie now fairly well. We are so glad she got well!!
Guess we better go for now, it's late and Snickers needs her beauty sleep. Mama is going to make her model some doggie clothes later in the week.

Cute Pups! & New Bandana Colors

Aren't these puppies just so adorable??? These are 2 of Kellies wire fox terrier puppies. Our Mama just loves puppies! Can't let her near any or she would have to bring some home. The pup in the second picture reminds Mama of Snickers as a wee pup. She says the pup has the same sweet smile as Snickers! Ha, I think I'm pretty darn cute myself, just see below:

What do ya think girls?? I even have on a new bandana color that Mama has. She has some new colors and some are for us manly dogs. There are a few sissy pink ones for you girl doggies out there, just see below:
